We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. When you submit a contact form or a demo request, we process:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name
• any message content you choose to include

In addition, our hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (such as IP address, browser type, and time of access) in server log files, which is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably.

We use the data you submit exclusively to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate a potential collaboration, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

The legal bases are:

• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent, given by ticking the privacy checkbox when submitting a form.
• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for pre-contractual communication at your request.
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure, stable operation of this website (server log files).

Data submitted through the forms is transmitted to us by email and stored in our business email account. We use technical service providers (website hosting and email) who act as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

We keep your enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards for as long as statutory retention obligations require. If no collaboration follows, we delete the data at the latest 24 months after our last contact. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after a short period.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Only technically necessary storage required to display the site is used.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• have your data erased (Art. 17)
• restrict processing (Art. 18)
• receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
